Hairy Vetch

A light honey with lovely fruity notes harvested from Kiger Island.

This fresh, light honey is versatile just like our wild blackberry but with its own uniquely fruity notes. It can brighten up any dessert or cup of tea.

While a monofloral vetch honey is strikingly clear, this year’s June pollination mixed with wild blackberries and other early summer wildflowers.
